By accessing or using SmartSite AI (the "Service"), provided by Smart Site Software Technologies Limited (Company Number: 16949371), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

SmartSite AI is an all-in-one construction site management platform that provides:
- AI-powered safety documentation generation (RAMS, Toolbox Talks, Method Statements)
- CSCS card scanning and verification
- Workforce management and training matrix tracking
- Document storage and collaboration (SmartDrive)
- Mobile-first site access and offline capabilities
- Subcontractor portal and QR code access management
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
SmartSite AI offers subscription plans based on your company's annual turnover and operative count:
- Operative Licence: £10 per operative per month (£120 per year)
- Software & Data Licence: Monthly fee based on company turnover band:
- £500k - £1m turnover: £800/month (£9,600/year)
- £1m - £5m turnover: £1,300/month (£15,600/year)
- £5m - £20m turnover: £2,200/month (£26,400/year)
- £20m+ turnover: £3,600/month (£43,200/year)
- 14-Day Free Trial: All plans include a free trial period with full access to features
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are monthly or annual in advance. Additional operatives beyond your plan can be added at £10/month each.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your users comply with these Terms
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest
- TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
- Firebase Authentication with multi-factor authentication support
- Regular security audits and penetration testing

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Site Software Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
